Make Your Own Spooky Creation!
Get creative this Halloween and bring your very own spooky character to life with clay!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll build your piece from scratch using white stoneware clay. We’ll guide you through hand-building techniques to shape your base form, then use sculpting, relief, and carving to add personality, texture, and dimension. Think quirky monsters, mysterious faces, spooky creatures, or anything your imagination comes up with!
There are no set designs to follow. Get as weird, spooky, funny, or imaginative as you like!
Make It Decorative or Functional!
Your creation doesn’t have to be just decorative! Depending on your design, you can add a handle or other details to turn your piece into a mug, planter, or another functional ceramic piece.
You’ll also have the option to add colour using underglazes during the workshop, depending on your preference and the time available.
We use white stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. Once properly glazed and fired, pieces made for food and drink use can be suitable for everyday use.
Firing, Glazing & Pickup
After the workshop, we’ll take care of the rest!
Your piece will be carefully dried and bisque-fired, then glazed with a suitable glaze and fired again to complete the process.
Your finished creation will be ready for pickup within 4 weeks.
All firing and glazing are included in the workshop.
No Experience Needed!
Whether you’re completely new to pottery or already love working with clay, this workshop is all about having fun, experimenting, and creating something that’s truly yours.

Please Note
This is a hand-building and sculpting workshop, not a pottery wheel class. All shaping, sculpting, carving, and decorating will be done by hand at the table.
