Date Night

The name says date night, but it’s really just a fun night with clay! Come with your partner, your bestie—or just yourself! Try the wheel for the first time, share some laughs, and walk away with muddy hands and happy memories.
Because a date with clay (and maybe yourself) is always a good idea.

This is a one-time, 90- Minutes workshop. The final 20 minutes are reserved for cleanup.

This is a one-time, 2-hour workshop.
Date Night is priced per couple

How It Works

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. The first 30 minutes of class include essential demonstrations and safety instructions. Missing this portion may affect your ability to fully participate.
The final 20-30 minutes are reserved for cleanup.
You will be introduced to the basics of wheel throwing through hands-on practice.
An experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step and provide live demonstrations throughout the session.
During the class, you will have the chance to try shaping multiple forms on the wheel.
At the end of the session, you will choose your favourite piece to keep. It might be a cup, a bowl, or something uniquely abstract.
Your selected piece will be trimmed, bisque-fired, glazed, and glaze-fired by our studio team after the workshop.
Finished work will be ready for pickup in approximately four weeks. You will be notified by email when it is ready.
The final part of the session includes studio cleanup. Taking care of our shared space is part of the studio spirit.

Please note: There are NO make-up classes. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note: Pottery is a beautifully unpredictable craft. Sometimes the kiln gods are kind… sometimes they’re not. Zei Pottery Studio cannot be held responsible for cracks, warping, glaze surprises, or other unexpected outcomes that happen during firing. But don’t worry—your instructor will help you choose the pieces most likely to survive the adventure.
